COURSE OBJECTIVE

All companies today must be prepared to confront adverse opinion or to negotiate under adverse conditions with shareholders, investors, the unions, consumer groups, activists … Using case studies and each participant’s possible « confrontational » situations, this course highlights the importance of preparation for foreseeable scenarios, in order to provide the participants with the mental strength required to deal with questions and negative opinions while maintaining dialogue and promoting constructive debate.
